Standard 3-Month Warranty

All bikes purchased from AGI Bikes come with a 3-Month Warranty effective from the date of purchase.
This plan is a testament to the care and attention we put into preparing each bike, and it ensures added confidence and support for your purchase.

What is Covered :

Frameset Components: Our warranty covers the frameset and components that become faulty within the first 90 days. This excludes general wear & tear or crash damage.

Performance Issues: We address significant performance issues that impair the bike's primary functions (e.g., persistent gear problems, brake pressure loss, unidentifiable mechanical noises).

What is NOT Covered :

Our protection plan is designed to cover unexpected mechanical faults—not issues caused by regular use or external damage. The following are not covered:

General Wear and Tear: Including parts like tyres, brake pads, chains, and small cosmetic scuffs.

Accidental Damage: Any harm resulting from crashes, drops, or misuse.

Punctures: Treated as common cycling incidents.

Unauthorised Modifications or Repairs: Damage caused by changes or fixes done outside of AGI Bikes or an approved service partner.

Neglect or Poor Maintenance: Problems due to lack of servicing, improper storage, or incorrect use.

Manufacturer Warranties: If a component is still covered by the original manufacturer, their warranty will apply instead of ours.

Making a Warranty Claim

Should you need to make a warranty claim, please get in touch with the details of the issue. Please be advised that you may need to bring the bicycle to our location for inspection. If covered, we will arrange for necessary repair or replacement.
