Just fill in the form with your bike details, and if it sounds like a good fit, we’ll get back to you via email—usually within 24 hours.

You’re welcome to drop your bike off in Twickenham, or we can arrange collection if needed.

We do have a few conditions:

  • The bike must be from 2017 or newer

  • It should have cost at least £800 when new

  • It needs to be a mid to higher range brand (sorry, we don’t deal with Carrera, Triban, Apollo, etc.)

  • No frame damage—no cracks or dents

Even if your bike meets all these criteria, we might still pass—but don’t hesitate to reach out. The worst we can say is a polite “no thanks”.
